How do I get started with RUOKBaby?

Getting started is simple: Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and select the contacts you'd like to add to your check-in list. The app will then send you gentle reminders to reach out to these important people in your life.
What contacts does RUOKBaby have access to?

RUOKBaby only accesses contacts that you explicitly choose to add to the app. We request read-only permission to your contacts so you can easily select people to track, but we only store the specific contacts you upload. We never access or store your entire contact list.
How is my data stored and protected?

All your data is securely stored using Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your contact information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We implement strict security protocols to ensure your data remains private and secure.
What information is shared with my contacts?

When you add a contact to RUOKBaby, only your name will be shared with that contact if they also use the app. No other personal information is shared. The purpose is simply to help both of you stay connected.
Can I customize my reminder schedule?

Yes! You can customize when and how often you receive reminders for each contact. Set daily, weekly, or custom intervals that work best for your relationships and schedule.
How do I remove a contact from my list?

You can remove any contact from your list at any time within the app. Simply go to your contacts list, select the contact you want to remove, and choose the delete option. This will stop all reminders for that contact and remove their information from your account.
Is RUOKBaby free to use?

RUOKBaby offers both free and premium plans. The free version includes basic reminder features for a limited number of contacts. Premium plans offer unlimited contacts, advanced customization options, and additional features to help you stay even more connected.
Can I use RUOKBaby on multiple devices?

Yes! Your RUOKBaby account syncs across all your devices. Log in with the same account on your phone, tablet, or any other device, and your contacts and settings will be available everywhere.
How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data, including your contact list and reminder history. We will delete all your data within 30 days of your request.
